Breathwork to Move through Grief and Loss was inspired by my own profound personal experience of healing after discovering this active meditation. The two-part breath practice allows us to shift our focus out of our head and drop into our bodies, where we often hold past trauma, feelings of grief, loss and suffering, stuck emotions and blocked physical energy.
The class is accompanied by a curated playlist that further facilitates a deeper experience of healing through music. We all know how music takes us on a ride and moves us to let go and feel into whatever rises in the moment. Come experience the freedom to express yourself in a safe, non –judgmental environment. Keeping my groups small and intimate, allows me to give more hands on individual attention and support.
